Kjersti graduated from Augustana University in Sioux Falls in 2014 with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.
Kjersti has been a member at Bethel since 2015 and has been serving as a called worker since 2018. Originally, Kjersti began serving as a part time teacher but was later called to teach 4th-8th grade full time. In 2024 Kjersti was called to be the principal of Bethel along with continuing to teach 4th-8th grade.
She completed her WELS Certification in 2020 and is currently working on getting her Masters in Administration.
Kjersti and her husband, Josh, have been married since June 2015 and have two children who are both students at Bethel.
During her free time she enjoys playing outside with her children, playing volleyball and reading.
